Nina Scurtu

Director of Ivory Center | Certified Career Coach | DISC Trainer | Career & Education Consultant

Nina Scurtu is the Director of Ivory Center, a certified Career Coach, and a DISC Trainer. A graduate of Brigham Young University–Idaho and Rome Business School, Nina has more than six years of experience in teaching and professional training. She has helped over 1,000 people find better jobs and discover their potential. She has taught at Cumorah Academy in the Czech Republic, where she developed and delivered courses in career development, sales, and business. Through personalized coaching and specialized training, Nina inspires people to grow and pursue their calling.

Ethan Lamb

Director, Utah-Moldova Business Partnership

Ethan Lamb is the Director of Utah–Moldova Business Partnership and a dedicated supporter of education, entrepreneurship, and community development initiatives. With extensive experience working on projects across Eastern Europe and the United States, Ethan has supported numerous training programs and collaborations that connect communities, create opportunities, and promote innovation. Through his expertise and vision, he contributes to building sustainable partnerships that facilitate knowledge exchange and professional growth in Moldova and beyond.

Tiffany Young

Tiffany Young is the Administrator of the Clark și Christine Ivory Foundation and a Project Manager at Ivory Homes. With more than 20 years of experience in team leadership and project management, Tiffany has worked in fields such as information technology, international events, and community development.
A graduate of Brigham Young University, Tiffany is known for her professionalism, empathy, and spirit of service. She supports educational and social projects that help people grow both professionally and spiritually.
